Removed Python import paths in 0.4.6
Use the canonical owner shown below. The public apizr console command and
python -m apizr.cli keep their modern arguments. This removes Python forwarding
modules and package aliases, without changing versioned evidence schemas.
The baseline had 79 facades. Six legacy app/configuration/http/main/prompt/delivery
facades were removed with the historical pipeline; this change removes the other
73 (40 root modules, 30 old plugin-management modules/packages, and three old
artifact-verification paths inside plugins.local). The normative compatibility
and root-debt inventories are now empty.
Deprecation decision
Deprecation is documentation-only during 0.4.6 development, followed by removal before publication. Import-time warnings would change lazy import behavior and require retaining or expanding forwarding machinery just before its deletion. The old exact-forwarding import tests passed all 75 cases before removal. Current tests verify canonical targets, absence of retired paths, inert namespace imports and the source closures of autonomous runtimes.
“Documented” means an explicit reference in the pre-removal checkout's docs or examples. Other entries were historical forwarding paths without an individually identified current example. The architecture guide also advertised whole alias families. This inventory does not establish external usage; no external consumer notification was requested or sent. Historical releases remain historical.

Autonomous runtime imports
The source reader now reads canonical installed paths directly, with no historical
path map. Generated files use contracts/types.py, contracts/lowering.py,
contracts/application.py and capabilities/inspection.py inside apizr_governed.
Inspection remains the same projected model, excluding analyzer and notebook code.
Existing bundles remain self-contained; regenerating changes their runtime bytes,
artifact hashes and enclosing manifests. It does not rewrite retained evidence.

The qualification record retains before/after digests for all 16 single-source/repository × direct/local/OCI/strict × REST/MCP modes. Installed-wheel, independent plugin and container proofs qualify the new source closure. See the general migration guide.
